A simple lunch for a warm summer like day in San Francisco.

A halibut steak dredged in flour and then browned for 2 minutes on each side in olive oil and butter in a smoking hot cast iron pan. Removed from the pan and set to rest on the plate. Meanwhile, dropped some julienned snowpeas in the pan with some lemon juice and sesame oil and tossed those for 10 seconds before adding to the fish. Spied the smoked sea salt in the pantry and sprinkled a little of that over as well.
